"Weather and Water Cycle" Letter of the Week

  The water cycle is the continuous movement of water from the sea, to the sky, to the land and back to the sea.
We will talk about evaporation, condensation, and precipitation. 
Weather vocabulary words are cloud, lightning, thunder, storm, wind, hail, tornado, and hurricane. 
Please ask your child the following questions. 
What is your favorite kind of weather? 
What do you do when there is thunder? (We say when the thunder roars go indoors)
What causes lightning?  
 What do you do if there is a tornado?
