PRETTY WATER PUBLIC SCHOOL

  Research has shown that the number one way to teach your child to read is by reading to your child every day.
We will send a book home in your child’s folder every day. 
Please take care of the books.
Please write down the title of the book on the paper in the book after you read it to your child. 
We will put a sticker next to it when your child brings back the book. 
We will then check out another book to your child.
We will check out books everyday. 
Please keep the paper inside the book in your child’s folder.
Please make reading fun.
We want children to love reading and love books.
