Zebras and The Water Cycle

Zebras are social animals that live in small harems to large herds.  Unlike their closest relatives, horses and donkeys, zebras have never been domesticated. There are three different species of zebra. Grevy’s zebra and the Mountain zebra are endangered, but Plains zebra are more plentiful. Did you know every zebra’s stripes are unique? Our letter is “Z”, our word is “zoo”, and our song is “Teachers Taking us to the Zoo”.  Please ask your child the following questions.   What class are zebras?(mammals)  What do zebras eat?  Are zebras herbivores or carnivores? What is a group of zebras called? What is a baby zebra called? What animals like to eat zebras?  Where do zebras live?  Would you like to be a zebra for a day?
The water cycle is the continuous movement of water of water from the sea, to the sky, to the land and back to the sea.
