Important Summer Camp Information

   I will send out group emails for summer camp information.

Hours of operation are 9:00 to 2:00 and the phone number is 918-224-8475

​Arrival and Departure
Camp will open at 7:15. 
Please arrive between 7:15 & 9:00 because we like to go on morning adventures to see wildlife before it gets too hot.
Please pull around behind the storm shelter on the gravel and it is a short walk to my classroom. 
We will be outside in the mornings and I will unlock the gate next to my classroom.
Pick up will be from 2:30 to 2:45.  All children must be picked up by 2.45.
We will be in front of the storm shelter by 2:30 so you can drive around like you do during the school year. 
Camp will be open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. 
I have summer camp dates and units on my class website.
Payment
Camp costs $40 per week or $12.00 per day. 
If you have more than one child there is $2.00 off a day on the other children.
We accept cash only.  Please pay weekly.
Summer camp is not a DHS program and cannot accept DHS credits.
What To Bring
Children need to bring lunch, water, and snacks.
Children must bring their own spill proof bottle of water and we can refill it. 
Please have your child wear socks and tennis shoes.
Your chilld may keep a pair of rain boots (or extra shoes) and extra socks for adventures in their cubby. 
The grass is really wet in the mornings on adventures. 
Flip flops and sandals are NOT allowed. Children must keep their shoes on all day.
Your child may wear a hat and sunglasses.  Please talk to your child about not sharing hats or sunglasses.
If your child needs sunscreen please apply it in the morning. We have to be careful because of allergic reactions.
