I am a 2010 graduate of Northeastern State University with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Early Childhood Education. This is my tenth year as a teacher and my 18th year in a school classroom setting. I spent the previous eight years as a preschool assistant.
I am certified to teach Early Childhood, which is Pre K through 3rd grade. I also have certification in special education for mild/moderate disabilities.
My husband and I have been married 36 years in October and have three wonderful grown children. Our oldest daughter lives in New Mexico with her husband and our grandson. We are expecting our second grandson in October 2020! We are very excited! Our son lives and works here in the Sapulpa area. Our youngest daughter also lives and works in Sapulpa. We have two Silky Terriers named Angus and Ruby and a cat named Pushy.
My hobbies include staying active with swimming, boating, snow skiing, visiting the beach and the lake and reading (reading is my favorite). I also love traveling and visiting with friends and family. I love teaching and am looking forward to working together to make this the best year for your student!
